The Prefer Clinic is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic in Bangkok. These terms explain how booking, consultation, treatment and payment work with us. They apply when you book a consultation or a treatment, register a clinic card, or are treated at the clinic. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before you book.

1. Booking

You can ask for a time on this website, on LINE @tpfc789, or by phone at 096-328-2555.
A time you choose is a request until our team confirms it by LINE, phone or email.
Please give your name and a phone number or email we can reach you on, so we can confirm.
Nothing is paid when you book.

2. Changing or cancelling a booking

To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email, message us on LINE @tpfc789, or call 096-328-2555.
Please tell us as early as you can, so the time can go to another patient.
If something comes up on the day, a short message still helps us.

3. Your consultation

Every program starts with a consultation: the doctor assesses your skin and what you would like to change before any treatment.
Your treatment plan, the number of sessions and the price are set at the consultation, and you decide whether to go ahead.
If the doctor recommends a course of sessions, its price, number of sessions and how long it stays valid are agreed with you at the consultation.
The doctor may adjust or decline a treatment if they believe it is not safe for you. This is care, not refusal of service.
Tell the doctor or staff at any time if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable.

4. Your health information

To treat you safely, the doctor needs to know about your health before any treatment: pregnancy, medication you take, allergies, recent surgery or injury, heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin conditions, and anything else that may matter. You can write it in the notes box when you book, or tell the doctor at your consultation. The doctor can only take into account what they know, so please tell us even if you are not sure it matters.

5. Payment

You pay at the clinic, at the front desk, in cash or by PromptPay.
Nothing is charged online.

6. Results

Results vary by individual. The number of units for an injection and the number of sessions depend on the doctor's assessment. Please ask the doctor what you can expect; no clinic can promise a particular result.

7. Photos

The doctor may ask to take before and after photos for your treatment record. They are taken only with your consent.
We never use a photo of you in marketing (our website, social media or printed material) without asking you first.
You can withdraw your consent at any time on LINE, by phone, or through our Contact page.

8. The clinic card (optional)

You can register a clinic card on this website. Registration is free and optional, and you do not need a card to book.
The card keeps your consultations and your course of sessions in one place.
Your card has a 4-digit PIN that you give at the front desk to check in. Please keep it private: anyone who has it can check in with your card.
Please give an accurate name, phone number and email, so we can reach you.

9. Refunds

Once a treatment has begun, it cannot be refunded.
Any other refund question is discussed with the clinic: message us on LINE, call us, or ask at the front desk.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for treating you with reasonable skill and care. Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures, and like any medical procedure they can have side effects; please ask the doctor about them at your consultation. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Thai law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
